Peter Panayiotou has specialized in making portraits of people for over 25 years, starting as an apprentice at a portrait studio in his hometown of Bristol, England.

Since moving to the States in the late Seventies he has gone on to produce award-winning work, and his clients include many Fortune 500 companies.

Commissioned to create portraits of corporate executives from the CEO down, he has traveled around the world, as well as across the U.S., on assignment.

Peter works purely on location. He has combined his love of photography, travel and nature, which is evident in many of his portrait settings, as well as in his personal work, as seen in the Fine Art Gallery on this site.

His main emphasis in portraiture is the Black and White medium which, without the distraction of colour, reduces the image to it's elemental basics of form and light. The goal is to achieve a masterpiece of timeless elegance.
